JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:

Design & drafting of MEP layout, section details, space management planning and plant room details.
Able to carry out detailing & co-ordination drawing.
Responsible for preparation of shop drawings, and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software.
Obtain relevant information from architectural drawings, structural, other discipline drawings.
To assist Project Manager/ Engineers on coordination, planning and visiting job sites/meetings when necessary.

Requirements:

Nitec/diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical Design or its equivalent
Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience
Able to work independently and with 1-2 years leading a small team of BIM Coordinators
Problem-solving attitude.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:

Proficient in BIM software
Coordinates BIM execution plans (BEP), model reviews, and clash detection meetings.
