The company you will work with is a leading, modern healthcare organization in Singapore which is going to go through a re-brand.

Job Brief:

The experienced individual should have at least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a lead creative role / position of a creative agency, owning a portfolio which has repertoire, accolade and proven track record. He or she had been in charge of the overall design and execution for the creative works and initiatives of an agency/clients/accounts. He or she should be prepared to work independently as an individual contributor, without any team, directly reporting to an Assistant Director. He or she is to be hands-on, to draw, devise, design, develop and execute the brand ID of the hospital, making clear and convincing conceptual presentations to the senior management of AH.

He or she is good at story-telling through strong and mass-appealing images, 2D visuals/3D iterations, designs alike, creative and cohesive images which embody the octogenarian-hospital with its rich colonial history. At the same time, the outputs must respect and celebrate the heritage while co-existing with the past and present. The candidate must effectively communicate a harmonious, consistent, cohesive embodiment of the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s now and future brand identity, which can range from every asset, logos, to online platforms\xe2\x80\x99 layouts and traditional marketing materials, from the moment one steps into the campus.

Most of all, the individual needs to be a friendly, empathetic, pleasant, affable communicator who can listen attentively to the needs and consider carefully all requests of internal stakeholders and the community, and importantly, communicate and convey effectively the best case for the organisation

Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager (Brand Communications) needs to carry out these responsibilities:

  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies which harmonise yet elicit the distinct character and uniqueness of the hospital, past, present and future, and bring them to fruition, with internal stakeholders, community partners in Queenstown, and the public.
  • Collaborating and working closely with different department leads and HoDs, especially the Campus Planning Office, architects and consultancy firms, to obtain knowledge of each of their expectations and requirements.
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
