Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Branding & Growth Manager to join one of Singapore\'s largest restaurants and bars. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of the restaurant brand, with a focus on digital marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), and strategic partnerships.The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the F&B or hospitality industry, skilled in leveraging social media and digital platforms to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and overall business performance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that align with the restaurant\'s business objectives. Report directly to the CEO on business plans, activities, and progress towards growth targets.
  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and online advertising campaigns. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Strategy: Curate and manage social media content that resonates with our target audience, drives traffic, and boosts sales. Stay ahead of trends and innovate to keep the brand relevant and engaging across platforms.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the development and management of CRM programs that enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and retention. Implement strategies that leverage customer data to personalize experiences and drive repeat business.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility, customer reach, and revenue streams. Collaborate with external partners to create mutually beneficial marketing and promotional opportunities.
  • Project Management: Lead and execute large-scale digital projects that contribute to business growth, including new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other high-impact initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing and sales data to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies. Provide regular reports to the CEO with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives. Mentor and guide junior marketing staff as needed.
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold and enhance the brand\xe2\x80\x99s image and reputation in the market. Ensure all marketing activities are consistent with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s values, tone, and positioning.
  • Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity. Continuously seek new opportunities to innovate and differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, and growth management, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital marketing projects and achieving significant business growth through innovative strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM platforms, social media management tools, and data analytics. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership and project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative & Analytical: A balance of creative thinking and analytical prowess, with the ability to develop compelling content and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies and insights to senior leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
