Main responsibilities
In close interaction with the projects stakeholders, you will

• Liaise with IT business lines for clarification and understanding of requirements.
• Draft functional specifications and solutions in collaboration with technical IT specialists and present functional aspects/impacts of changes/evolutions to the stakeholders.
• Customize the application, develop document templates and advices.
• Prepare test cases, conduct functional and non-regression tests.
• Deliver fully tested products on-time and with quality up to production.
• Support the technical development team on functional aspects.
• Provide Level 3 support and production roll-outs.
• Handle multiple projects at the same time.

Qualifications and Profile

• Minimum 8 years of working experience as business analyst in banking industry preferably in trade finance domain.
• Experience with Trade Finance products i.e. Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Issued Guarantees, Loans and Deposits.
• Experience on Financial messaging services Standards - SWIFT
• Knowledge of Fusion Trade Innovation, Fusion Corporate Channel (Finastra products) is a plus.
• Experience in application rollouts and migrations.
• Comfortable working with SQL database queries and UML.
• Experience working with automated testing tools such as Selenium/Xray for Jira.
• Good understanding on BDD Framework.
• Proficient in requirement gathering, writing functional specifications and presentations.
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC, with experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Good techno-functional experience involving applications on microservice architecture.
• Able to communicate effectively on both IT business line and software engineers.
