Role Summary

We're seeking a results-oriented

Business Analyst

who combines advanced data-science implementation skills with a strong grasp of business operations and strategy. You will turn complex, multi-source data into actionable insights that improve revenue, cost efficiency, and customer experience across the organisation. Ideal candidates pair hands-on proficiency in

Python/R/SQL

modelling with dashboarding expertise in

Tableau, Power BI, and SAP Analytics

--and can deploy their work through

Flask, HTML, or UiPath?automated workflows

when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Quantitative Analysis & Modelling

- Build predictive and descriptive models (forecasting, segmentation, optimisation)

Data Visualisation & Storytelling

- Create interactive dashboards and executive visual briefs

Process Mapping & Automation

- Document and re-engineer processes; deploy bots or micro-apps for repetitive tasks

Business Strategy Support

- Translate analytics into go-to-market, pricing, or operational recommendations

Data Governance & Collaboration

- Maintain data accuracy; partner with IT, Finance, Operations

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Required:Bachelor's in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Physical Sciences

Technical Skills

Advanced:

Python, R, SQL

, Tableau or Power BI, Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) Intermediate:

KNIME

, SAP analytics modules,

UiPath

, Mixpanel, LaTeX for technical documentation Basic web/app deployment:

Flask, HTML/CSS/JS

Process design: Visio and/or Blueworks Live

Experience

2-4 years in an analytics, consulting, or strategy role where you directly influenced business outcomes Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end analytics projects--from scoping through data wrangling, modelling, visualisation, to presenting C-level recommendations Familiarity with KPI design in sales, operations, supply-chain, or customer-experience domains
