About our client:

Our client is a leading Asset Management firm undergoing an exciting phase of digital transformation. We are migrating our platforms to the cloud, enhancing our data platform, and integrating AI models to stay at the forefront of technological advancements. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Lead with a strong background in

debt capital

to join the team drive transformation initiatives.

This is a 1 year contract role based in Singapore - renewable or to perm opportunities.

Immediate starter preferred.

The Role:

The Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, designing technology solutions, leading transformation projects, and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including banks. They will analyze data to support decision-making, develop change management strategies, and create comprehensive documentation for all projects. Additionally, they will provide training and support to end-users, ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Lead in the Asset Management industry,

with a focus on debt capital a must.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), data analysis tools, and AI technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
