Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with pre-sales and project delivery team members to deliver projects on time, on schedule and within budget.
• Actively engages with client business unit\xe2\x80\x99s SME to elicit, gather, review, and analyze the business requirements.
• Conducts \xe2\x80\x9cAS-IS\xe2\x80\x9d business analysis, produces fit-gap analysis, identifies business users\xe2\x80\x99 pain points, and proposes solution with \xe2\x80\x9cTO-BE\xe2\x80\x9d business process.
• Identifies, categorizes, prioritizes, and monitors risk/issues that impact the project and business processes.
• Documents project related deliverables, user requirement specification, functional specification, user acceptance test plan and script and user manuals.
• Takes ownership of escalations from client and respond to functional and business process queries.
• Enhance existing support process and maintain existing SLA with quality solution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in computer science or related disciplines.
• At least 8 working years as business analyst in an international environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a flare for the language, creative and logical thinking skills.
• Strategic forward thinker with great influential, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Strong business domain knowledge in various industries.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills and experience.
• Experience in scoping and evaluation.
• Significant experience in pre-sale and project delivery will have added advantage.
• Resourceful with great interest in latest technology trends.
