Job Description

Our client, a well-established organization, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to manage and enhance their business systems, with a primary focus on CRM and .NET applications.Experience with Salesforce, especially Salesforce Lightning, is an advantage, as the client's systems are built on this platform.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the client's in-house systems, including CRM platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and design effective solutions to enhance system functionality.
• Work closely with the client's internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and deployments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Document system processes, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training to users.
• Identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
• Collaborate with developers and contribute to technical tasks when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in CRM and enterprise applications.
• Strong technical experience with .NET and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Salesforce Lightning is highly desirable).
• Familiarity with workflows, approval processes, and reporting tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
