Job Description

Our client, a well-established organization, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to manage and enhance their business systems, with a primary focus on CRM and .NET applications.
Experience with Salesforce, especially Salesforce Lightning, is an advantage, as the client's systems are built on this platform.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the client's in-house systems, including CRM platforms.
Analyze business requirements and design effective solutions to enhance system functionality.
Work closely with the client's internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and deployments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Document system processes, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training to users.
Identify areas for process improvement and system optimization.
Collaborate with developers and contribute to technical tasks when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in CRM and enterprise applications.
Strong technical experience with .NET and Microsoft SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Salesforce Lightning is highly desirable).
Familiarity with workflows, approval processes, and reporting tools.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
