Job Description

Job Requirement:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Design, configure, and customize solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Dynamics 365 CRM, and other Modern Workplace tools to meet client needs.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements, document workflows, and define business processes.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and drive process improvements.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with architecture guidelines, security standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
• Provide end-user training and support during solution deployment and post-implementation phases.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation of test results and outcomes.
• Stay updated with Microsoft product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant specializing in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Modern Workplace development.
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365 CRM, and other Modern Workplace tools.
• Solid understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to map these processes to Microsoft technology solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate are a plus.
