All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Lead, plan and execute cost effective business and systems solution implementation activities and strategies in O2C and customized Sales Commission supporting tools and reports (conduct requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, detailed functional specification, test scripts & testing, training, stress test, data migration, deployment and documentation)
• This role includes sustainment responsibilities including end user BAU day to day support engagement within the SLA, application maintenance and upgrades and managing collaboration, communications and expectations with internal stakeholders (developers, other functional consultants, business partners) and external vendors in an appropriate, professional and constructive manner.
• Responsible for analyzing business processes, change request and constantly identifying improvement and automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind) and proposing the best solutions to address the business requirements.
• Working within project planning constraints and budget, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process and controlling scope creeps.
• Able to work through ambiguity and self-help to define a workable design and solution for enhancements and maintenance of the customized Sales Commission supporting tools and reports.
• Regional travel is expected but will be kept to a minimum.
  

• Recognized Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Team player with good written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Independent, resourceful, willing to learn, initiative to drive and follow up on outstanding issues to closure and able to perform with minimal supervision.
• SAP SD Implementation experience is a must with completion of at least 4 full life cycle projects.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience in Customer Service /Plant Maintenance module.
• Working knowledge of MM & FICO integration is required.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 \xe2\x80\x93 CRM.
• Exposure to any Automated Integration Platform \xe2\x80\x93 Workato.
• Able to work well and proactively with strong commitment to deliver even under pressure and liaising with a spectrum of stakeholder\xe2\x80\x99s personas.
