- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues and risks.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and business analysis techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in PMP, CBAP, or similar is a plus.
