Job Description

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced

IT Business Analyst (Avaloq)

to join their team in Singapore. This role will act as a bridge between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of solutions across the

Global Markets

domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with finance and business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements, translating them into technical specifications for developers. Act as the primary liaison between development teams and finance stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives. Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, system design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support. Ensure Avaloq solutions meet both regulatory and business needs within the Global Markets environment. Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and support issue resolution. Contribute to continuous process improvement and system enhancements to support business growth.

Requirements:

Strong experience as an

IT Business Analyst

within the financial services sector. Hands-on expertise with

Avaloq

(core banking platform) is a must. Solid understanding of

Global Markets

products and operations. Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. * Prior experience in large-scale transformation or implementation projects within FS is highly advantageous.
