Job Description

Reporting to the Director, you be the liaison between our overseas partners in Indonesia. You will be managing the upkeep of all documentation such as legal partnerships agreements, partners, and vendor contracts. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will but not limited to:

• Overall responsible for the Business Development for Aviation PR Communication.
• Upkeep and maintain all contracts and agreements and Visas application for the company.
• Represent the company in the execution of Business Development and PR Communication.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with partners by providing value-added Aviation services to meet their requirements.
• Strong knowledge in managing key accounts with business partners and growing customer contact base regionally.
• Identify market opportunities and provide market feedback and direction to relevant teams regarding new partnerships and other opportunities.
• Organise conjoint visits together with the Aviation distribution partners in Singapore and Indonesia projects.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Business Development Department.
  

• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing/ Business Studies
• Experience in business development, PR Communication with at least 1 year of working experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia to effectively communicate with Indonesian-speaking internal teams and external partners.
• Willing to travel overseas to meet partners and participate in international Aviation trade shows.
• Must be able to multi-task, resourceful with meticulous organisation skills.
• Pro-active coupled with a can-do attitude, able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
