The core responsibilities of this role include servicing existing and new accounts, and generating leads through marketing emails, telemarketing, networking, web presence, and social media platforms Description and Responsibilities: Canvasing of new business based on direct marketing and referrals The company's sales lead provided as a support to the sales effort Build and manage good relationships with new and existing clientele Provide mentorship and training to own sales team members Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies Handling client project inquiries on specifications and lead-time Conduct site-recce, sales, and tendering presentation Prepare quotation and Delivery Order Research, expand supplier/vendor listing on project-related Creating and presenting sales performance reports Requirement: Min. 3 years of sales experience in a similar trade (Large Format Printing, Events and Exhibition Builder) Sales track records in corporate account servicing for our industry Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Knowledge of modern marketing techniques High-level communication and networking skills Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies Good project management skills that include working collaboratively with designers, production, external contractor, and suppliers to complete each project Benefits: Friendly colleagues and conducive working environment Sales commission for both events and interior projects Medical, dental, transportation, and mobile phone bill reimbursement Clear career advancement path Free yearly NTUC membership upon reaching 6 months completion of employment Salary will commensurate according with experience and qualification of applicant.
