[Industrial Product Sales/ Precision manufacturing]5 days, 9am- 6pmSalary: $5000 and above + CommissionAddress: JTC Space @ Tampines North, Singapore 528553Company products: robotics, automation, software, chucking & pallet systemJob summaryThe Business Development Manager will spearhead market development efforts, focusing on promoting sales for company products and solutions (robotics, automation, software, chucking & pallet system) . This role will involve attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our company\'s offerings. Candidates with experience in industrial product sales, particularly in automation, robotics, software, chucking systems, or cutting tools, will be at an advantage. Moreover, expertise in precision engineering and machining processes will be highly beneficial.Responsibilities:

• Lead market development efforts, educating customers on the advantages of company product and service ranges such as robotics, automation, software, chucking & pallet system
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to preparing proposals and participating in negotiations with clients.
• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts and relationships and identify new sales opportunity.
• Develop and maintain a weekly sales plan, providing regular reports on sales activities to management.
• Manage ongoing opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and system design requirements.
• Interpret customer needs and work with the technical team to propose appropriate product solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience in industrial product sales, with knowledge of automation, robotics, software, chucking systems or cutting tools
• Knowledge and experience in precision engineering, with practical expertise in machining processes, is highly advantageous.
