Job Description


  • Establish relationship with external stakeholders (e.g. property agents, brokers, other sales agents) to increase referrals for mortgage loans.
  • Able to work solo in a new environment (e.g. show flats, events).
  • Possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Engaging affluent and mass market clients for their mortgage requests from internal stakeholders such as marketing campaigns, inbounds mortgage enquiries and branch walk-in/referrals.
  • End-to-end implementation of mortgage loan application process.
  • Responsible for the processing of cases right up to customer\'s acceptance of loan offer.
  • Able to perform off-office hours and weekend activities when required. (e.g. networking events, campaigns and show flats)
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings and conduct regular market updates and follow-up activities for target customer groups
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Diploma/Degree Holder
  • Knowledge in Mortgage Regulations & Frameworks
  • 2+ years of experience in Banking
  • Prior experience with Retail Mortgage Sales
