Responsible for the planning, implementation, development of all F&B revenue generating commercial initiatives pertaining to F&B concept development for new menu launches and product promotions.
Work with R&D team on product development in the aspects of pricing, costing, material sourcing and marketing of various F&B products.
Oversees full operations for the development and placement of point-of-sale and marketing materials, menu boards and promotional materials
Marketing planning, new plan for new concepts and execution for promotion according to the requirements and timelines set
Collaborate with diffrent department on projects, promotions and initiatives aimed at enhancing and value-adding to the F&B revenue and operations
Liaising with internal stakeholders on the annual budgeting & planning
Take all F&B busienss development initiatives example provide analysis and reporting on the key successes, learnings and areas for improvements
Requirements:
Degree in any fields
Able to work under minimal supervison
Experience in F&B, hospitality and FMCG is an advantange
Good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
