Identify and research potential prospective C&I customers
Prepare financial model to assess the returns of the project
Prepare, submit proposal/tender bids, follow-up and carry out tender presentations
Manage the structuring and negotiation of solar leasing and turnkey agreements
Achieve the required sales targets of solar PV installation for the Group
Work closely with Solar Project Management and O&M team, EPC contractors on project management and to follow through the development and implementation of solar PV projects
Develop strong relationship with C&I customers, regulatory and government bodies and key stakeholders
Requirements :
Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance or relevant field
Preferably with five (5) years of experience in business development and corporate sales
Ability to work with financial models and create detailed customer proposals
Experience of using solar design tools (PVSyst, Helioscope)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Result-oriented to achieve the KPIs and adaptable both in individual and team player
