Do you want to lead a team to achieve high net worth sales and make a significant impact in the insurance industry? We\'re looking for a Senior Business Director to take the lead as the HNW team.

As the Senior Business Director, you will:

• Define, monitor and review HNW KPIs and lead the team to drive HNW sales
• Mentor and inspire Financial Representatives to achieve their full potential in sales and service excellence by providing coaching and motivation with appropriate sales propositions to optimize HNW sales contribution.
• Identify recruitment strategies to engage and onboard potential financial representatives into the company and monitor performance management criteria to drive affluent/HNW sales.
• Develop the business through engagements and trainings and ensure that the Agency is well-versed with the company\'s HNW value proposition.
• Actively obtain information on market gaps information and provide feedback to the Head of Department.
• Provide quality service and response on HNW related queries.
• Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, appeals and feedback.
• Provide regular management reports on sales performance/pipelines and business updates to the Head of Department.

To qualify, you should have:

• A degree with at least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and retain staff.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of underwriting requirements for high net worth cases.
• Experience in life insurance product and/or business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint & Word).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a problem-solving aptitude.
• Innovative and proactive, with a self-driven attitude and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Numerate with an eye for detail.
• A high level of integrity and good attitude towards teamwork.
• Initiative to improve the current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
