Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Asia
At Sephora, we make decisions that impact the future of the omni channel beauty retail customer experience every day. Data plays a big role in that, and the Business Intelligence (BI) team enables data-driven decision-making across the business. The two functions under BI are Data Management and Analytics. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst sits in Analytics function and plays a critical role to empowering our business with automated report, interactive visualization, and in depth insights. You will lead the effort to gather domain knowledge from different business functions, observe the gaps and opportunities from data insights and provide data-driven solution either on Domo, our corporate BI platform with 1500+ internal and external users, or via on demand insights report.
Reporting to the Asia Head of Business Intelligence, you will work closely with different business functions including Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, CRM, E-Commerce, Market, and cover all Sephora Asia markets including Greater China, Southeast Asia, Oceania and South Korea. You will also manage various business requests around reporting, visualization, insights, and data education with technical support from Data Management team.
