Senior Business & Media Strategy Specialist

What you'll be doing:

Develop a strong understanding of country performance, business drivers, and market trends to identify early growth hypotheses. Familiarize with key data sources and tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Ads Platforms) to support performance tracking and reporting. Contribute to target setting and budgeting discussions, performing weekly and monthly analyses to uncover opportunities and risks. Collaborate closely with country and channel teams to validate insights, drive actions, and influence business decisions. Take ownership of performance reviews, target setting, and budgeting cycles, providing forward-looking insights that enhance efficiency and strengthen business performance.

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, media strategy, or business analytics. Strong understanding of marketing channels, especially Google and Meta, with solid grasp of key performance metrics. Skilled in analyzing complex datasets from tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, and Ads platforms, and turning insights into strategic actions.
