As the

Senior / Business Process Executive

in the PDO, you will be the operational backbone ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external vendors. Your primary mission is to streamline product development workflows, track outsourcing deliverables, maintain project documentation, and facilitate process scalability as the team evolves from MVP to commercialization. You will play a key role in bridging R&D and execution, making this a mission-critical position for long-term product success.

Be Part of Our Success

Outsourcing & Vendor Management + Oversee day-to-day operational engagement with outsourced partners (UI, CAD, manufacturing).
+ Develop and maintain SOWs, delivery timelines, and quality assurance checkpoints.
+ Ensure alignment between internal expectations and external partner outputs.
Process Design & Execution + Define, document, and improve internal development and productization workflows.
+ Maintain a master timeline across all functions and regularly flag risks and blockers.
Project Coordination + Work closely with Technical Manager and Integration Engineer to track interdependence across engineering tasks.
+ Act as liaison between business, technical, and documentation teams to ensure milestone alignment.
Compliance & Reporting + Ensure all projects follow internal compliance and export control documentation standards.
+ Manage records, process flow diagrams, vendor logs, and revision control.

Qualities We Value

Knowledge in Engineering / Business / Information Technology / Mathematics or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in project operations, vendor coordination, or engineering process management Familiarity with product development in defence, security, or high-tech sectors is highly preferred Demonstrated success managing both internal and outsourced development workflows Proficiency in workflow/project tools: Notion, Trello, Asana, Jira Strong understanding of version control and collaboration platforms. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting Singaporean Only Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior role.
