Key Responsibilities:
The position focuses on aligning system functionalities with business processes and supporting internal stakeholders with ongoing system optimization and integration initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document clear business and technical requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Lead UAT, workshops, and system walkthroughs to validate requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
Partner with development teams and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality system implementations.
Manage testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution across SDLC phases.
Prepare comprehensive documentation and provide post-implementation support and training.
Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy.
Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in business system analysis and IT project delivery.
Strong understanding of SDLC, business process analysis, and system implementation.
Hands-on experience collaborating with technical and infrastructure teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of data migration and integration best practices.
