Working Arrangement Hybrid The opportunity The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical digital wealth platforms across multiple countries in Asia. We are looking for someone who is creative with good attention to detail, proactive, curious, analytical with a strong background in customer service and a good understanding of wealth and asset management systems. The successful candidate will be a liaison between internal/external customers, business partners, and project teams to ensure that new enhancements are successfully transitioned to support and that production issues are resolved within SLAs. Working with a global support team, the successful candidate will troubleshoot production defects, provide technical analysis and work with multiple stakeholders to drive issues to resolution. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of support staff and help drive knowledge acquisition, documentation, and process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 analysis and troubleshooting support for a suite of business applications
  • Investigate production issues using tools such as MongoDB, ServiceNow, Postman, Swagger UI, and other web applications
  • Work with system analysts in your team and peer with upstream/downstream Application teams to form a top-performing support model align with measurable business SLAs
  • Incident ownership and management with on-call requirements on a roster basis
  • Coordinate development efforts with the development team for enhancements and bug fixes
  • Track and produce key metrics for the team and develop strategies to increase efficiency
  • Remain current on standards, technologies, approaches, and methodologies
  • Consistently apply the concept of continuous improvement
  • Adhoc responsibilities as directed by management

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related course
  • Minimum 4 years working experience supporting systems at Level 2 (support)
  • Experience with relational database structures and methodologies
  • Proven ability to multitask both independently and within a team
  • Excellent English communication (both written and oral). Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
  • Ability to understand business process requirements and using technology, conceptualize creative solutions through to implementation
  • Experience in financial industry
  • Awareness of ITIL practices in aligning IT services with the needs of business.
  • Action oriented, creative, and proactive thinker
  • Willing to work off-hours and extend shifts as needed to support the business
  • Technical Skills:
  • Web app knowledge (frontend web technologies, APIs etc)
  • MongoDB
  • Javascript
  • React JS / Node JS
  • Other technologies (Nice to have)
    • C#, VB Script (.NET / .NET Core)
    • CA Workload Automation
    • ServiceNow / Jira / other workflow tools
