The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT/development teams to identify, assess, and deliver technology-driven solutions that meet organizational needs. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, documenting requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of system changes or enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business units to understand goals, processes, and challenges.
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, concise technical specifications for development teams.
Lead cross-functional meetings to align expectations and ensure project goals are met.
Coordinate and participate in system design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system/process improvements.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solution quality before rollout.
Maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for business systems and tools.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts or team members.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in requirements gathering tools, process modeling, and reporting tools.
Effective communication skills to liaise between business and technical teams.
* Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems is preferred.
