Job Summary: As a Senior Business Transformation Analyst, you will work in a growing global team headquartered in Singapore, providing Corporate Finance & Financial Modelling expertise and insights w Job Summary: As a Senior Business Transformation Analyst, you will work in a growing global team headquartered in Singapore, providing Corporate Finance & Financial Modelling expertise and insights whilst deployed regularly on case and proposal work. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, you and your team will serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues. You will also provide reporting analysis and reports regularly to the Board of Directors for Voyager Worldwide based in Japan. Additionally, you will support Group Finance and the CEO in developing existing & new Financial Models, Intellectual Property and Knowledge Assets, applying the Total Shareholder Return (TSR) concept. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. The Business transformation Group function drives organization success by helping CEOs and leaders win the 'next game'-and how to maximize value creation while doing it. The team transform strategic insights into ambitious agendas for successful transformations. Core Accountabilities: Develop a Planning and Performance Review/Management framework/process for FBAP Global HQ and implement to ensure business growth in accordance with the overall company direction. Assist and support the requirements of the various Offerings in VWW from a Financial and Operational viewpoint Set up dashboards, reporting templates, process, and schedule. Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecast of organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Assist to conceptualize and design metrics/mechanisms to track the performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, or, as required & report back to FBAP regional HQ based on clearly defined Key Performance Indicators. Conduct analysis of the results to identify challenges and give early warnings to the management team on key business issues and to recommend and develop the necessary corrective actions. Support in development of operations strategy for Voyager Worldwide Follow up with the individual Regional Units and Group functions to determine the effectiveness of the action plans and review accordingly. Constantly engage the various teams on challenges identified and business performance. Consolidate feedback and share Best Practices from across the region. Qualifications Bachelor degree in either Business Management or Accountancy required, with demonstrated high academic achievement Experience & Skills Solid knowledge and analytical skills in Corporate Finance and Financial Modelling More than 3 years of relevant working experience required, preferably in the areas of Corporate Finance / Valuation / M&A / Financial Modelling Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to build Financial Models from scratch Must be well-versed in developing and interpreting analytical reports used to measure change. Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity Possess experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices. Good influencing skills, able to establish mutual trust and build up strong credibility within organization Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
