:
The jobholder will be in charge of handling Tailored Support Package (TSP) procurement
activities to support associated sales, business development and profitability of Services
through the purchase of goods and services at optimized conditions.
TSP is a modular and flexible solution which guarantees the aircraft availability through a
combination of engineering, spare parts, airframe maintenance activities, and additional
services. The TSP purchasing activities consist in purchasing Line, Base Maintenance and
Fleet Technical Management for A/C in Service under FHS/TSP contract.
In addition to this activity, the jobholder will be in charge of leading other Procurement
activities for Asia Pacific Regional Procurement Office, particularly in a project manager role
for complex general procurement projects (multiple countries, large MFT, senior
stakeholders), and to develop project management skills in Asia Pacific Regional
Procurement Office team.
Job Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f The Jobholder is responsible for the purchasing of TSP for the SIA A330 and A380
fleets in order to support the Airbus Customer Services FHS/TSP development
\xe2\x97\x8f The jobholder is in charge of developing close stakeholder management with both
internal customers and senior management at suppliers.
\xe2\x97\x8f He/She is in charge of animating a local multi functional network (or local multi
functional team when applicable).
\xe2\x97\x8f The jobholder is accountable for the commercial closure of any claims arising from
the purchasing activity referenced here above.
\xe2\x97\x8f The jobholder will be in charge to elaborate and negotiate a contractual framework
with new and already approved suppliers, when applicable.
\xe2\x97\x8f He/she will be accountable for leading call for tenders, negotiating all the offers,

contracting and operational management of the related purchased activities.
\xe2\x97\x8f The jobholder will also support the setting up of the proper monitoring of the
supplier performance (OTD; OQD; competitiveness) and its continuous supplier
management/development.
\xe2\x97\x8f He/she will be Lead Buyer for a complex and strategic supplier, with whom Airbus
has significant spend. In that role the jobholder will coordinate a network of Airbus
buyers or other stakeholders working in interface with this company, consolidate
information, identify synergies/negotiation levers, communalize negotiation, and
bring consistency in the supplier relationship.
\xe2\x97\x8f He/she ensures that the sourcing process is compliant with the existing policies all
along its lifecycle. Internal customers issue their expression of needs in a proper way
for any subcontracted activities and respect the procurement rules and policies.
\xe2\x97\x8f In good coordination with Regional Manager for General Procurement and the
relevant commodity, he/she will be in charge of leading projects or work packages in
the frame of complex procurement projects in Asia Pacific and will be required to
work with Senior Management stakeholders. Such projects will be regular and would
constitute approximately 30% of his / her job scope.
\xe2\x97\x8f He/she will be in charge of coaching / developing project management skills for the
Asia Pacific Regional Procurement team.
\xe2\x97\x8f He/she will also be in charge of contributing to APAC Procurement business
intelligence, and contributing to APAC RPO Procurement team skills development,
when relevant.
Secondary Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f The jobholder is in charge to report and update on its activities, and will contribute to
the appropriate team report. This activity is particularly important because of the
distance with many stakeholders and the need to get visibility from Europe.
\xe2\x97\x8f The jobholder is in charge to proactively propose ways to improve or simplify, both in
his/her FHS-TSP function as well as in its role for APAC Procurement
Job Requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f A Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field or an
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management
\xe2\x97\x8f 5 to 9 years of experience in the procurement field, preferably in the aviation industry.
\xe2\x97\x8f Good knowledge of Contract
\xe2\x97\x8f Some knowledge in Airbus Procurement Services
\xe2\x97\x8f Professional experience in MRO or Airline will be a strong asset
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong negotiation skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong contractual skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Claim management skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Contract monitoring
\xe2\x97\x8f Deep procurement processes knowledge
