The role primarily partners and supports the Director – C&B SEA & ANZ with review and recommendations on design and implementation of C&B programs and projects (Area , Affiliate and M&A related) across SEA & ANZ (7 Countries)
The role entails providing Compensation Consulting, Analytics across SEA & ANZ, which enables the hiring Manager to facilitate decision making.
The role includes working in close partnerships with Country HR’s, Talent acquisition teams, on all aspects of C&B processes, governance etc.
The role includes working in close partnership with Area C&B across all divisions.
Responsibilities:
Provide advisory and recommendations on job evaluations, internal and external job offers, promotions, equity increases, retention, incentive calculations etc to the HM
Prepare the initial Salary Structures in the Comp Analyst for hiring Manager to review
Analyze, Consolidate and Provide merit recommendations annually for the SEA ANZ
Analyze, and Provide recommendations on existing benefits policies for SEA and ANZ.
Analyze, and Provide support to the HM recommending appropriate changes in harmonization of benefits, policies and processes as required during M&A process
Provide advisory LTI / RSU related guidance and inputs to all stakeholders as per global guidelines
Support market benchmarking projects across SEA ANZ
Support in reviewing existing governance policies to recommend appropriate changes in SEA and ANZ region
To support the M&A activities in the region.
To ensure timely implementation of HR policies and to control /adhere / comply of the policy requirements as per the defined procedures.
Insurance Portfolio: Support in Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident & Life Insurance Policy renewals across SEA and ANZ
Support global & area C&B projects and initiatives.
C&B Application : Ensure regular update, maintenance and upgrade of C&B benefits mobile application. Add new modules and integrate new countries and businesses as per requirement.
Closely interact and manage relationships with key Country HR , BHR & TA & external vendors
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in HR/Business or related disciplines
Min 5 years of experience in HR-Compensation & Benefits specialization. Prior consulting experience is an added advantage
