Make an Impact by

• Responsible for capacity sourcing, planning and coordination between Customer Solutions team, Product team and third-party satellite operators
• Work closely with Customer Solutions team to assign frequency on the relevant beam on Singtel-owned satellite based on customer\'s pre-sales requirements
• Plan and coordinate between Singtel Teleport to third-party teleport for new antenna line-up test on Singtel-owned satellite or third-party satellite
• Make pre-sales inquiries and negotiate (when necessary) with satellite operators for just-in-time (JIT) capacity lease
• Manage frequency assignment on Singtel-owned capacity and plan capacity grooming to maximize fill rate
• Manage and generate weekly capacity fill rate of Singtel-owned satellite and report the data to management every month
• Monitor the monthly operation (JIT) expenses closely and process the monthly invoices from satellite operators on time
• Liaise with satellite operators to generate a new Service Order and get the contract signed for new or existing JIT capacity lease
• Provide the Regulatory team with the half-yearly figures on International Leased Circuit

Skills for Success

• A Diploma / Degree in telecommunications engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
• Experience in project management, satellite operation and ITU frequency coordination preferred.
• Have self-initiative to perform assigned tasks.
• Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and able to work independently and as part of a team.
