Make an impact by

• Responsible for spectrum management and frequency coordination of existing and new Singtel's satellite orbital slot in accordance with the ITU Radio Regulations.
• Evaluate & propose solution for technical operational parameters in frequency coordination meetings with affected administrations in accordance with ITU RR.
• To drive Singtel's interest on space-related agenda in local study group, regional and World Radiocommunication Conference.
• Responsible for capacity sourcing, planning, optimization, testing and coordination between customers and satellite operators.
• To manage frequency assignment on owned or leased satellite's capacity.
• To monitor monthly traffic expense and generate utilization reports for Singtel and 3rd party's space capacity.
• Perform assessment of satellite footprint performance and satellite capacity procurement from 3rd party satellite operators.
• Provide recommendation of satellite capacity for pre-sales solution submission.
• Provide recommendations and follow-up actions with vendor.

Skills for success

• An Engineering degree in communications or equivalent.
• Experience in project management, satellite operation and ITU frequency coordination.
• Experience in IMDA frequency regulatory and satellite technology.
• Certified Project Management Professional preferred.
• Have self-initiative to perform assigned tasks.
• Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel overseas.
