Guide and vet individualised care plans/progress review reports put up by social workers/caseworkers. Supervise case interventions by social workers/caseworkers. Participate in/Lead case conferences. Design programmes and conduct outcome-based evaluation. Arrange, coordinate and participate in clinical supervision and customised training for social workers/Case workers. Requirements: Degree in Social Work or Psychology with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Willing to work in a residential care facility for destitue persons. Willing to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure when discharging duties. Working location at North-East Area
