THE POSITION

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for creative eateries catering and the execution of the events

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

\xc2\xb7 Plan and organize wedding events for clients

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.

\xc2\xb7 Perform cold calling to acquire sales leads

\xc2\xb7 To hit weekly KPI as set

\xc2\xb7 Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus

\xc2\xb7 Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions

\xc2\xb7 Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement

\xc2\xb7 Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 At least 3 year(s) of sales experience in any of the related field \xe2\x80\x93 Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of experience in wedding planning

\xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as need to communicate across levels

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and in a team

\xc2\xb7 Strong selling and interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail

\xc2\xb7 Possesses own laptop with Microsoft Office (2016 or later), in working condition
