Our client is a prestigious and renowned global player in the Engineering sector. They are a market Leader in the sector that they operate in and have an extensive global presence. Due to their commitment in upskill the human resource organization, they are looking to recruit an outstanding and dynamic Senior C&B Manager, APAC to join their prestigious team.



Reporting to the Global C&B Director based in US, you will lead a small team in APAC to drive the Group\xe2\x80\x99s APAC Rewards strategies in support of evolving business needs. As a regional leader, you will be expected to pay close attention to shifting market conditions and how they affect the organization\xe2\x80\x99s talent base in relation to existing plans and pivot effectively to attract new talent. You will work closely with the APAC leadership team to develop broader policies around salary planning, performance analysis, health and wellness, and retirement programs specific to the APAC region. Furthermore, you will also partner with Business Leaders to build out a dynamic and market leading strategy to attract and retain talents.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven C&B leader with an astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with HR, Business Leaders and Vendors. APAC experience is compulsory. You will possess extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization.

Critical: Regional C&B experience (covering China, Australia, Korea, Japan, India, and SEA) and strong stakeholder relationship management
