Responsibilities

Responsible for the Operations performance; its personnel, resources, process and product.

Responsible for operations team; its personnel, resources, process and product including Inspection, Clean and NDT, back-shop repair.

Drive Operations per plan, and schedule production activities to meet the production requirement.

Manage and optimize resources in respect of TAT, OTD and finance requirement.

Responsible for the competence of all personnel engaged in maintenance by establishing a program of training and continuation.

Ensure all work for all maintenance work done are correctly detailed in a work order/contract and that the requirements of the contract/work orders are fulfilled.

Ensure Quality deficiencies in Operations and responsible for ensuring the quality of workmanship our product is adhere to a standards and regulations.

Ensure Operations maintenance standards and worksheets used in accordance with the standards specified in the documented procedures and manual.

Ensure preservation, packing and shipping of engine and its parts are carried out in accordance with the standards specified in the documented procedures and manual.

Develop leadership talent and promote active employee engagement.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Production Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience in aircraft engine workshop practices and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines will be advantageous.

Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).

Analytical with strong management and supervisory skills.

Highly motivated with a strong drive for success.

Good team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
