Review structural and civil engineering plans, drawings, and calculations in accordance with project specifications, standards, and codes of practice.
Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of works.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
Ensures the designs and models developed are in accordance with project requirements.
Involved in tendering processes to ensure continuous performance improvement.Work with C&S consultants to develop structural schemes and perform engineering analysis to assess stability and load-bearing capacity.
Prepare technical submissions, project quality plans, and submit designs to authorities for approval.
Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
Experience in high-rise commercial building / mixed development/ semiconductor factory / healthcare building project is preferred.
Familiar with relevant local codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements.
Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD.
