Job Description

Carry out design and independent review of civil and structural engineering submissions. Perform structural analysis and calculations, and prepare design sketches and drawings to illustrate arrangements and design intent for various transportation structures. Conceptualize engineering solutions and deliver projects from concept through detailed design. Oversee project management, including resource planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance of project deliverables. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to drive project execution, resolve technical and site issues, manage authority submissions, and supervise overall construction works. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and industry partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil / Structural Engineering or a related discipline from a university recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on structural design. Strong technical foundation in both concept and detailed design. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in design software such as Etabs,Safe,Sap2000, STAAD Pro, and/or Tekla. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to meet tight project deadlines. Experience in infrastructure projects, including external works or industrial/plant projects, will be an advantage.
