1. Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main liaison between the company and external asset managers.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with EAMs and their key stakeholders.
  • Provide personalized support to EAMs to ensure their clients receive excellent service.
2. Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to grow the partnership by introducing new products, services, or solutions.
  • Collaborate with EAMs to understand their clients' needs and align the company's offerings accordingly.
  • Promote the company's wealth management platforms, investment solutions, and advisory services.
3. Service Delivery:
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new EAM partners and their clients.
  • Facilitate the execution of transactions, including investment placements, account management, and reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address issues or inquiries raised by EAMs promptly.
4. Product Promotion and Training:
  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate EAMs on the company's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to position the company competitively.
5. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure EAMs adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor activities and identify potential risks in the partnership.
  • Act as a point of escalation for issues that require special attention.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and analyze the performance of EAM relationships, including revenue, transaction volumes, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for internal stakeholders on EAM activities and results.
