Job Description



About the role The Senior Client Manager’s main responsibility will be to grow key accounts in the homeland security sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Growing and expanding the adoption of geospatial technology and processes by Homeland Security organisations
  • Proposing value geo-spatial solutions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Winning and growing business with clients through clear business value propositions and solutions that achieve their desired outcomes
  • Promoting Esri technology to decision makers and inspiring them to develop and implement a geospatial strategic roadmap
  • Proactively managing the sales cycle and process including identifying prospects and progressing opportunities to a win
  • Maintaining a cadence of activities such as opportunity and account strategy planning, sales reporting, forecasting and other activity metrics
  • Actively leveraging on and updating internal CRM and collaborating with other departments
About you
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience selling Enterprise solutions and services related to geospatial technologies, ERP, workforce management, business analytics and other information management solutions to Homeland Security agencies (SPF, SCDF, ICA etc)
  • Successful track record of selling complex and effective solutions and services projects with average value of S$500K to Homeland Security agencies and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quota target
  • Experience in engaging senior executives in strategic planning, and, negotiating and closing large complex deals
  • Well-developed organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye to detail
  • Disciplined and methodical approach to develop and manage sales pipeline
  • Professional, ambitious, determined, and result-oriented mind set with a positive attitude who can work alone as well as in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals
  • Effective communication, writing, and presentation skills
