As a Senior Client Partner, you will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end business growth of a leading global smart device and technology ecosystem company's most strategic global advertisers--primarily mobile-first companies in verticals such as gaming, e-commerce, fintech, and more. This is a quota-carrying role focused on strategic account planning, consultative solutioning, and global coordination across the company's media and advertising surfaces.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven digital expert with deep experience in mobile performance marketing and client leadership--someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership: Own and grow a portfolio of global strategic advertisers, acting as the primary HQ contact and leading long-term planning, performance reviews, and growth strategy alignment.
Growth Solution Design: Develop full-funnel acquisition plans using the company's OEM inventory -- including preloads, advertising platforms, and other models -- collaborating with internal teams to unlock scalable impact.
Commercial Execution: Drive revenue growth through upsell and market expansion, while ensuring campaigns meet ROAS, retention, and CPE goals through performance monitoring and internal coordination.
Executive Engagement: Build trusted relationships with client HQ leaders in growth and marketing, positioning the company's ad solutions as a strategic partner for global user growth and monetization.
Qualifications
Experience: 6-10 years in digital advertising or mobile growth, with a proven track record managing global or regional strategic accounts--preferably top-tier mobile app advertisers.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies; familiarity with mobile growth metrics (ROAS, LTV, CPI) and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust).
Client Management: Skilled in leading complex client relationships across functions and regions, with the ability to influence HQ-level stakeholders and drive long-term business outcomes.
Execution & Collaboration: Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization; able to coordinate across product, ops, and local teams to ensure successful delivery and account growth.
Preferred Experience
AdTech & Platform Knowledge: Background working at leading ad platforms, DSPs, MMPs, SSPs, and OEM advertising solutions such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok for Business, AppLovin, Unity Ads, or AppsFlyer.
Industry & Vertical Familiarity: Exposure to performance-driven verticals such as gaming, entertainment, fintech, or social apps, with understanding of their growth and monetization models.
Global Market Understanding: Familiarity with international markets (e.g., SEA, MENA, LATAM, Europe), and experience managing cross-region campaigns or global media strategies.
Language Skills: English is a must. Multilingual proficiency (Mandarin).
