Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.

5-8 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role.

We\xe2\x80\x99re continuing to build our team and are currently looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner, with a background in Commercial Research and RWE, Consulting and/or data/analytics in Life Sciences to join our Client Partner team based in Singapore.

The Senior Client Partner is accountable for representing Cerner Enviza, an Oracle Company at Life Sciences/Pharma clients focusing on headquartered based clients in Asia Pacific, across all key Commercial and RWE client functions, including but not limited to Insights, Brand and Marketing. Business Analytics, Secondary Data, Medical Affaurs, Patient-centered RWE, Non-interventional and other related commercial and RWE functions.

This role is responsible for all aspects of account management for a set number of existing and new client accounts and success is measured against the sales and revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as working with key subject matter experts from across the region and our global ecosystem, to deliver high quality engagements, as outlined by the leader of the team for those accounts.

This position reports to the Executive Client Partner position.

KEY OUTCOMES

As Senior Client Partner you will:

\xc2\xb7 Set and execute business planning strategy and tactics against client priorities

\xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate business development of Cerner Enviza, an Oracle company at client level

\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain client relationships at all client levels for assigned accounts

\xc2\xb7 Make pitch casting decisions, proposal development and final decisions on how best to win the engagement in conjunction with our Research and Consulting leaders

\xc2\xb7 Serve as a senior sponsor on client engagements to ensure high quality delivery

\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and training to more junior team members when required

\xc2\xb7 May lead certain types of engagements

\xc2\xb7 Help to select teams and resources to be placed against specific client engagements

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Research & Consulting to determine final pricing to client

\xc2\xb7 Positively participate in the global ecosystem and is expected to be a strong team player within a collaborative cultural environment

CAPABILITIES

To succeed, you will need:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and/or equivalent in Business or Life Science\xe2\x80\x99s area is required. Post graduate degrees within these two disciplines is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 A high level of experience made up of a combination of healthcare or pharma business knowledge; technical skills involving market research (primary and secondary); commercial and RWE consulting; understanding of drug commercialization and evidence generation process; and client relationship building/sales skills to guide the Cerner Enviza an Oracle Company strategy and communicate the value of our offer and its role as a business asset to all levels within the organization and client organizations.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to build cross-functional relationships; influence and inspire others; strategic thinking; effective presentation skills and organizational agility.

\xc2\xb7 To be able to do international travel for client meetings, attendance at conferences, and/or internal meetings.
