As we continue to grow and support our diverse global client base, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Client Service Manager to lead and manage key client relationships for Fund services, ensuring that we consistently deliver outstanding results.
As the Senior Client Service Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing lasting commercial and operational relationships with our existing clients. You will ensure the year-on-year delivery of contracted revenues and drive operational excellence and will work closely with internal stakeholders, manage service delivery, and lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality service across all jurisdictions.
Own the client relationship--understand contracts, manage delivery, and drive satisfaction.
Lead regular business reviews, manage escalations, and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with local offices and global teams to ensure alignment and operational readiness.
Monitor contract performance, profitability, and client KPIs--proactively driving improvements.
Identify upsell opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
Champion client satisfaction through feedback loops, governance, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in client service or account management within financial services or fund administration (minimum 5 years of managing against a commercial contract with understanding of the Service Level Agreements and definitions of scope as applied to pricing)
Strong diplomatic and relationship-building skills across cultures and geographies
A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and drive change
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
High integrity, resilience, and a passion for delivering best-in-class service
Bachelor's degree as a minimum
Fluent in English, clear and concise written and oral communication
