Hiring for Clinical Pharmacist
Responsibilities:
Dispense medications
accurately and ensure safe and effective medication use.Conduct medication reviews
to identify potential drug interactions and side effects.Collaborate with healthcare teams
to optimize patient care and treatment plans. Providepatient counseling
on medication usage, side effects, and lifestyle adjustments.Manage inventory
to ensure medication availability and proper storage. Participate inclinical audits
and contribute toquality improvement initiatives
. Engage ineducation and training
of patients and pharmacy interns.Requirements:
PharmD
or equivalent degree recognized by theSingapore Pharmacy Council
. At least1-3 years of clinical experience
in a hospital or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge inpharmacology
andmedication management
.Excellent communication
andteamwork
skills. Attention to detail and commitment topatient safety
