About this opportunity

As Sr. Clinical Protocol Trainer, Digital Treatment Planning Experience, your role is to develop and communicate the next generation of Invisalign treatment planning protocol with doctors and provide training for internal teams on Invisalign clinical treatment planning and how to develop a treatment protocol.
Your mission is to set up and drive implementation of the Invisalign treatment planning protocol as part of a digital treatment planning team to support APAC doctors treatment planning protocol automation and maintenance of the protocols.
Training will be dual responsibility for this role. This person will oversee on-boarding new team members and supporting existing team members with fundamental clinical knowledge on Invisalign treatment planning and how to develop treatment planning protocol. This is an individual contributor role and reports to Senior Clinical Development Director, Global.

In this role, you will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Provide clinical support for Invisalign Personalized Plan scaling and protocols for customers
  • Provide clinical support for launch of excellence of the new features
  • Drive customer adoption of digital treatment planning tools
  • Review and mine doctor\xe2\x80\x99s clinical preferences and transmit them to the new Invisalign treatment planning protocol process. Develop treatment planning protocol via software coding and closely communicate with doctors for English speaking countries
  • Provide clinical training on Invisalign treatment planning in general, and clinical protocol development for existing and new team members to enhance their knowledge and effectiveness as clinical protocol specialist
  • In charge of developing regional clinical protocol team\xe2\x80\x99s capability and effectiveness as trainer, mentor
  • Develop strong working relationships and credibility with product management, clinical, development teams, and treat ops for implementation of the treatment planning protocols per doctor.
  • Drive training strategy for region to build regional capability in clinical protocol development.
  • Analyze the protocols to identify doctor\xe2\x80\x99s unmet needs and transform into a proposal for continuous protocol quality improvement
  • Collaborate with Global Clinical Protocol team to influence the global roadmap with APAC drs needs for future automation
  • Execute educational activities to drive utilization and smooth adoption by customers

QUALIFICATIONS
  • English fluency in verbal and written
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and cross regionally, strong collaboration with multiple teams
  • Strong technical skills (education background) and computer skills, to learn technical language including software coding or development.
  • Strong communication skills especially over the phone
  • Influencing skills highly recommended

Additionally, you are a good team player, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, result oriented, hard-working and creative.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Clinical Degree (DDS or equivalent) or 6-10 years experience with clear aligners treatment planning
  • 6-10 years of directly related experience, including global and regional experience
  • Scientific, dental or medical training a plus

Regular business hours
Must be willing to travel up to 20%
