Roles and Responsibilities:

• Live "automation first" mindset developing and deploying infrastructure-as-code (IaC) concepts and templates within the cloud environment.
• Drive an engineering mindset focused on continually improving technology with focus on automated setup and monitoring of platform components.
• Maintain awareness of state-of-the-art Cloud Computing capabilities and possibilities in different industries and research.
• Demonstrate digital mindset applying the principles of agile product/project management in daily work.
• Undertake the role of senior engineer on systems / solutions projects and work closely with the designated Project Manager and technical lead to ensure the smooth and correct implementation of the solution.
• Undertake system analysis, technical design, implementation, and maintenance of systems with an emphasis on Cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Migrating enterprise workloads to the Cloud.

• Automation of Cloud deployments and build of continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Backup and disaster recovery (DR) of workloads in the hybrid environment.
• Delivering infrastructure projects based on IT strategy.
• Configuration and Monitoring of system and application logs.
• Cloud Environment vulnerability management and mitigation.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of standard operating processes and procedures.
• Operate as a subject matter expert (SME) for key Datacentre & Cloud infrastructure services including datacentre networking, virtual networking, cloud networking, virtualization & compute.
• Perform infrastructure related capacity planning and release management of cloud infrastructure services.
• Provide proactive management, maintenance and operational support of key cloud infrastructure services such as operational activities (BAU), upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Lead and manage cloud infrastructure related incidents to resolution with the wider Domain teams.
• Provide strategic direction and recommendations across the cloud infrastructure technology landscape to improve operations, performance and resilience.
• Drive efficiencies via the use of automation for provisioning, maintenance and management tasks.
• Ensure stability, resilience, uptime of cloud infrastructure services as well as provide guidance, ideas and support to fellow colleagues.

• Strong knowledge of Azure, GCP or AWS Cloud Services.
• Preferably with experience on IaC tools like Terraform.
• Good prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
• 10+ years industry experience in an infrastructure environment and 4+ years experience in Cloud Administration, Design and Migrations.
• Level 2-3 cloud support experience on Azure, GCP or AWS and other major public cloud vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related area are preferred.
• Specialized technical training or certification for Azure , GCP or AWS.
• Strong background with IP networking, routing and firewalls.
