Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and optimize AWS infrastructure
(EC2, EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, etc.) usingInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
. Build and maintainscalable, fault-tolerant systems
that handle high transaction volumes with low latency. Implementmonitoring, logging, and alerting
(CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, etc.) to ensure system reliability. Automate deployment, scaling, and recovery processes to minimize manual intervention. Strengthensecurity posture
through proper IAM policies, network controls, and compliance best practices. Optimizedatabase performance
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and manage backups/DR strategies. Troubleshoot production issues, participate inon-call rotation
, and drive incident resolution. Collaborate with engineering teams to align infrastructure with application needs.Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on AWS experience
- You'vearchitected and implemented
AWS environments (not just maintained them).?
Strong IaC skills
- Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation.?
Containerization & orchestration
- Docker, Kubernetes (EKS).?
Observability & monitoring
- CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.?
Networking & security
- VPC, security groups, IAM, least-privilege access.?
Scripting/automation
- Bash, Python, or similar.?
Production incident management
- On-call experience, troubleshooting under pressure.Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):
Experience in startups or fast-scaling tech companies
- You've built AWS infra from scratch or optimized for rapid growth.AWS certifications
(Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, etc.).CI/CD pipelines
(GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).High-performance systems
- Low-latency, high-throughput environments (fintech, trading, gaming, etc.).Multi-region/global AWS deployments
