Our client is a leading player in construction industry. They are looking for a Senior/ Compensation & Benefits Executive to join their HR Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North area.
Duties of Senior/ Compensation & Benefits Executive:
Drive staff welfare and engagement activities.
Support salary reviews, bonus processing, and compensation surveys.
Manage employee insurance and assist with annual renewals and PCP enrolments.
Help review salary structures, rewards policies, and job evaluations.
Administer eAppraisal and eClaim systems.
Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related
3 to 5 years experience in compensation and benefits
Job grade will commensurate with relevant working experience
