As part of the Asia Pacific (AP) Business& Regulatory Compliance team, the (Senior) Compliance Manager, based in Singapore, will play a key role in implementing the Asia Pacific Business& Regulatory Compliance program.



The team is an integral part of the Global Business& Regulatory Compliance Team and collaborates closely with Compliance and other stakeholders across AP and globally to ensure adherence to Allianz Group policies, regional regulatory requirements, client expectations, and industry standards.



What you will do



Support AllianzGI business activities to comply with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards in AP Support the execution and enhancement of the AP Business& Regulatory Compliance framework, focusing on policy governance, compliance training, and risk assessment Monitor regulatory changes in Singapore andHong Kong, assess business impact, and develop implementation strategies Represent AllianzGI in industry groups as required and ensure timely regulatory reporting. Provide regulatory guidance to business stakeholders and participate in key business projects Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within compliance operations Coordinate compliance and regulatory reporting for senior management Coordinate internal and external compliance reviews, audits, and ad-hoc assessments for the AP Business& Regulatory Compliance team Review marketing materials and advise on cross-border marketing and private placement regulations for institutional businesses in AP Support regional and global compliance projects as required.

What you bring



10-15 years of compliance experience in asset management or regulatory authorities Prior experience in a global asset management institution is preferred High level of motivation, attention to detail, and accountability Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in compliance matters Excellent analytical and communication skills with a strategic mindset Proven team player with leadership and coaching experience preferred Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with Power BI experience preferred Conversational Mandarin preferred Knowledge of private markets business and products is a plus LLB and LLM designation preferred.
