Job description. Making strategy for costing & technical proposal for upstream & downstream.. Detailed reviewing of contract documents in respect of commercial & technical.. Study drawings, specifications for technical compliance & deviations.. Preparing tender documentation including cost summary sheets, risk assessments and approval documentation.. Submitting completed tender proposals to meet customer deadlines & requirements.. Complete tender follow-up and negotiations.. Take ownership for the various projects assigned. Prepare enquiry document to vendor and subcontractors. Get proposal from vendor and subcontractors and evaluate their proposals. Build and maintain pricing / estimating databases and ensure outturn costs are captured and fed back through the system.. Liaise with supply chain for pricing purposes, develop and maintain relationships.. Provide detailed feedback to supply chain.. Maintain a register of key assumptions within estimates and pricing.. Network with vendors & low-level subcontractors. Complete tender follow-up and negotiations.. Plan for project execution. Technical knowledge in M&E system to follow up M&E Work. Communication, Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and multitasking.Roles & Responsibilities. Senior Engineer for Tendering, and Project Execution . Ready to make a great effort to task & learn. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent. (Recognised by PEB). Have experience in project cost control / project control / tender
