• Conduct business analysis for banking processes and systems.
• Facilitate communication between banking clients and project team members.
• Develop essential documents such as As-Is/ To-Be business process flows, Requirement Documents, Use Cases, Data Analyses, System Architectures and Project Plans etc.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in an IT-related filed
• Min. 3 years of experience in Business or IT consulting firm as a Consultant.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong documentation skills.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Capability to commit to long-term assignments within a single project or theme (more than 1 year).
• Knowledge of general banking processes and systems.
• Previous experience working in a Japanese company.
• Preferred experience in banking projects.
• Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), system implementation, or business process enhancement projects.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Basic data analysis skills.
• Basic knowledge and skills in Database applications (SQL, ER diagram, ETL, etc.).
• Good problem-solving skills.
