• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to collect relevant operational data from each SEA branch.
• Conduct interviews with IT Points of Contact (PIC) to understand their cloud systems, processes, and governance requirements.
• Evaluate the feasibility of implementing cloud governance procedures in line with the bankxe2x80x99s objectives and current IT infrastructure.
• Identify any operational gaps or needs related to cloud governance.
• Create detailed, procedure-level documentation for cloud governance operations, including policies, guidelines, and step-by-step procedures.
• Ensure the procedures align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly within the banking sector.
• Deploy the created operational procedures across the SEA branches, ensuring they are understood and followed.
• Provide training and support to branch IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and compliance.
• Support the systemization of procedures and processes where necessary to integrate and maintain cloud governance standards across the branches.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations or process documentation.
• Experience in creating procedure-level documentation for business operations, preferably in the banking industry.
• Solid understanding of operational workflows, process design, and documentation.
• Ability to document and communicate complex operational procedures clearly and accurately.
• Experience in creating operation procedures specifically for IT departments within the banking industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance requirements within the banking sector is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong attention to detail.
• Business-level English proficiency for clear communication and accurate documentation.
